acer computers?

Consumer Reports for the month of August 2007 rated laptops and computers, and I know Acer did better than HP or Compaq in their tests for laptops, and I think they did good in the desktops too.....I have never used one before though personally

which is better 13.3" or 14.1" screens in laptops???...?

Both screens are the same, TFT is an LCD screen. 14.1 is more mainstream. 13.3 is considered ultraportable.
